Seth Kaplan brings nearly 20 years of experience building businesses, leading sales and marketing, and helping organizations implement emerging technologies. His work centers on translating new capabilities into practical solutions that people understand, adopt, and use.

As co-founder of Mobile Real Estate ID, launched in 2008, Seth helped lead the real estate industry’s transition to a mobile-first approach, building the company to a seven-figure exit. He went on to collaborate with Google and work directly with Meta’s real estate team on a custom advertising platform for one of the largest real estate franchise brands in North America.

At EyeThree, Seth advises on business development and strategic partnerships, drawn to the opportunity to help bring neuroplasticity measurement and longitudinal brain-health monitoring into broader use.
