Clinical

Built to scale clinical trials.

Precision, speed, and turn-key brain imaging for the indications we're working in — built on a peer-reviewed method.

The economics of the platform

Precision. Speed. Turn-key.

Precision

Millimeter-level functional measurement, calibrated to the person and the scanner.

Speed

From scan to calibrated report in days, not months.

Turn-key

IRB-ready, end to end: scheduling → acquisition → neuroAI analysis.

EvidenceThe Lombardo paper and the PFM paper show clinical studies can be run cheaply as a function of signal quality — ideal for smaller studies.
Collaboration

In collaboration with PREVENT-AD.

EyeThree is collaborating with PREVENT-AD, one of the largest Alzheimer’s deep-phenotyping studies in the world. Led at the Montreal Neurological Institute, PREVENT-AD is a multi-modal, longitudinal study of adults at elevated risk for cognitive decline — including a familial-risk cohort with a parent who has Alzheimer’s disease.

Across repeated visits, participants complete quantitative MRI (the npMRI acquisition), a full neuropsychological battery, and, for a subset, biological samples — cerebrospinal fluid, plasma, and amyloid-β and tau PET. It is the first study to capture the transition from normal cognition to decline across all of these modalities over time.

“PREVENT-AD is one of the most important multi-modal studies of cognitive decline to date. We’re proud to be working with EyeThree on developing a predictive biomarker for Alzheimer’s dementia.”

Indications

The indications we're working on.

A single scan reads the circuits these conditions share, so the platform extends across indications instead of being built one disease at a time. We prioritize where a measurable neural signal is most actionable for treatment — and we disclose the evidence basis for each indication.

Box 1 · Highest priority

Strongest evidence, largest markets

  1. Metabolic — obesity, type 2 diabetes
  2. Alcohol use disorder
  3. Depression — major depressive, treatment-resistant
  4. Alzheimer disease / dementia
  5. Vascular cognitive impairment
  6. Pain — fibromyalgia, neuropathic
  7. Schizophrenia / psychosis
  8. Parkinson disease
Box 2 · Near-term

Solid evidence, building markets

  1. Smoking cessation
  2. Anesthesia / sedation depth
  3. Sports injury
  4. ADHD
  5. PTSD
  6. Traumatic brain injury
  7. Anxiety disorders
  8. Epilepsy
Box 3 · Emerging

Earlier evidence, emerging markets

  1. Opioid use disorder
  2. Narcolepsy / sleep disorders
  3. Migraine
  4. Bipolar disorder
  5. Multiple sclerosis
  6. Cannabis use disorder
  7. Brain tumors
The method

A peer-reviewed method, with full provenance.

npMRI

Measuring neuroplasticity across the whole brain

On standard 3T MRI. The method behind every EyeThree scan.

Provenance

A full, versioned record of every analysis

So each finding can be traced, checked, and reproduced.

NoteThe prior “Dementia risk” method card is superseded by the PREVENT-AD collaboration above — the Alzheimer’s work is now framed around the predictive biomarker being developed with the study, not a standalone risk-marker card.
